Fair Usage Policy – SMS Lookups
This Fair Usage Policy explains how SMS notifications and VRM (Vehicle Registration Mark) lookup services included with your GarageApp subscription can be used. The policy is designed to promote responsible usage, ensure consistent service quality, and provide a fair experience for all GarageApp customers.
1. Included Usage Allowance
Each GarageApp subscription plan comes with a defined number of SMS messages and VRM lookups per billing cycle, typically calculated on a monthly basis. These limits are set to support normal day-to-day garage operations. Any unused SMS or lookup credits will not be carried forward to the next billing period.
2. Acceptable Usage
SMS messages and VRM lookups should be used solely for legitimate garage-related activities such as customer notifications, service reminders, and vehicle identification. Usage must remain aligned with the intended purpose of your selected GarageApp plan and standard business requirements.

If your usage exceeds the included allowance, additional charges will apply. Extra SMS messages and VRM lookups will be billed at the applicable standard rates, as defined in your pricing plan. You will be informed if excess usage charges are incurred during the billing cycle.
